Once upon a time, I lived in the corporate world—where making President’s Club was the goal and competition was part of daily life. It was a constant challenge… but also incredibly rewarding (and yes, it paid well 😉).

Back then, I was single, bought my own home, traveled, and genuinely thought I had a great job—for that chapter of my life. The corporate world can be intense, filled with deadlines, targets, and market competition, but the amount of training we received was absolutely priceless. Conferences and award ceremonies felt like a true treat. I knew those companies were investing in us, expecting performance—and when we delivered, we were rewarded generously.

Fast forward to today.

Now, I get to capture corporate events, and honestly? I love them. I listen closely to the speakers (because I really do find them interesting), I watch the reactions in the room, I learn who the VIPs are, and I focus on those meaningful moments—when leaders connect with their teams, shake hands, or present awards. In the corporate world, those moments matter. And I care deeply about capturing them.

I also know that for some photographers, corporate events are “just another job”—something that pays the bills while they wait for the next wedding or passion project. But for me, it’s different.

Every time I’m hired to photograph a corporate event, I prepare. I want to know:

  • What are we celebrating?
  • How many winners are there?
  • What’s the setup like?
  • Where’s the stage?
  • How’s the lighting?
  • Where will recipients stand when receiving their awards?

I want the photos to look amazing—and more importantly, I want them to feel like the celebration they truly are. And more often than not, I capture those priceless, unscripted, funny moments that no one planned… but everyone remembers.

And that’s exactly why I genuinely enjoy and value photographing corporate events. ✨

The photos below capture a three-day corporate event, including a welcome dinner, a team-building activity, and an awards celebration at Ocean Reef Club in the Florida Keys.

If you’re planning a corporate event, conference, awards ceremony, or team celebration and want photography that goes beyond “just documenting the day,” I’d love to work with you.

📩 Let’s talk about your upcoming event and how we can capture it beautifully and meaningfully.
